However, my greatestinterest is in the care of hyperacute stroke patients (HSPs). Those that are willing to consent to my off-label neuroprotection cocktail, require periodic stroke scale measurements. I utilize ASA, vit D, DXM, allopurinol, and memantine on top of supportive care in post thrombolysied or non-thrombolized stroke patients.

Dr. Palma was my doctor for the longest time .the best doctor ever. I seen him for at least 15 years or more .Now that i am in San Deigo i have had any health care at all. I don't trust doctors and i am falling apart.if only i could speak to him on the phone or something. maybe for advice or something
Dr. Palma is an excellent diagnostic physician. He has great ability to pin point medical issues and prescribe appropriate course of pharmacologic treatment. His front office staff are very skilled in insurance billing and they are smart and fun. Highly recommend Dr. Palma and his clinic for medical care. Scott Bountiful, Utah
