My son is First Nations and we’ve been waiting over 2 yrs for answers to his health issues. The staff calls in regards to tests which should be private, they scheduled an appointment without telling us and then marks us as no show and when I’ve been wanting to know why my sons obstructive sleep apnea and his heart aren’t being looked after etc. I get told to go see another doctor and they can refer us to her again. To do what, nothing. Currently starting a complaint with the CPSS
Dr Sotomi has been very thorough and kind, truly cares about her patients and their follow-up. Thank you to all of the staff as well. Nothing but great care.
Dr. Sotomi is amazing as well as her staff. We had switched my son to go to her from a previous Dr. and the change has been amazing.
