Wonderful staff. Excellent care. Been a patient for ~15 years and have always had great experiences.
Office staff is a nightmare! Incompetent, rude, and petty. Overcharged insurance, tried to keep the out of pocket overpayment as credit on account instead of giving it back (thousands not hundreds) and cancelled an appointment that was already confirmed without so much as a call. AVOID! The doctor is good, but there are other good ones that do not keep horrible office staff (the office manager, in particular.)
I took my neighbor here trying to help her out. Apparently there was a very good dentist here that has since retired so she saw Dr Lagier instead. First off the elevator is tiny and I heard them JOKING that it gets stuck with patients in it all the time. The stairs are steep going upstairs. The three parking spots for Dr Lagier were full so I had to drive around the block several times until a car pulled out so we could park. The office is bright bright orange inside.
