Dr. Leiva's pursuit of the $ at the expense of his patients is more than unethical, it's abusive! My father, who is 80, has been seeing Dr. Leiva since February of this year. He has had his care at three different specialists delayed and/or cancelled because of Dr. Leiva refusing to approve these visits with my father's insurance company, including follow up appointments.
