As a new patient, not a great start. I had this blood work appointment scheduled for a month, and they wait until the night before, right as they’re closing so I can’t even call back, to tell me the office will be closed and I should figure it out somewhere else. A full month to communicate or offer alternatives, and this is how they handle it. Completely frustrating and unprofessional.
They work very hard and do the best they can, but no one’s perfect
I wish I could rate this a -20 stars. I had to leave the office as they do not accept my new insurance. I had my new doctors office request my records. It has been almost 2 months of requesting these records not only from my new office but from me as well. I called again this morning and I was put on hold several times by different people. Finally when someone picked up that could help me stated that she would have to have the Doctor approve it and that would not happen today. Dr Llyod is AMAZING! I've been going to him for years, and he truly cares about his patients. No one really likes to go to the Dr, but he really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He's extremely knowledgeable in all medical fields and will direct you to a specialist if need be. His nurse, Tonya, is a sweetheart and always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated.
