If you want to be treated like a piece of trash, this is the place for you! The grizzly bear in charge of billing will do her best to belittle you and hopefully alienate you as a client in the hopes of having just a little less work to do so she can get to lunch quicker. Written estimates mean very little as the prices change after the work is done. The doctor is fine and some of the staff are wonderful people, but overall I've wasted lots of time and money and I will not pay to be treated like trash.
I went to Dr Thomas for some graft work and he was great. He really put me at ease with everything and I very much appreciated his sense of humor. I think he's a very good periodontist.
