The hygienist was very inept. Suddenly put the chair in the upright position while I was reclined for cleaning and instruments were in my mouth. Did not floss my teeth. Dentist himself very professional and I like him. Front reception desk needs shield since you have to be close to pay, or else the receptionists need to wear masks.
I have been going to Smile Design Dentistry since October 2017. I am happy with the service. The staff are all very friendly,
Doctor Liza Hall and her staff are the Best. She is the best dentist I have ever been to!
dr. asst. very skilled and compassionate. little awkward to hear admin. discussing patient invoices and collections while waiting in reception area.
Canceled my appointment that had been scheduled for 2 months and did not tell me before I arrived!!!

Friendly when making appointments over the phone, however, once they've failed to provide the services expected at the time of service and you question the charges based on their ad for 59 dollars to new patients, Diana turns into a condescending, lying, manipulative, and even demeaning person. Her staff does not intervene as a matter of fact, it seems they are not at all phased at this behavior and support her in her desire to suck the life out of you. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM! I spoke to someone in the office who said my son wouldn't need new xrays since his were relatively new, but at the visit they refused to see him unless I allowed for xrays. Why expose a child to unneeded radiation? During that visit the pediatric dentist said the office policy was to administer NOS. When I explain his past success without it at a pediatric dentist whose office policy was to NEVER administer NOS, she agreed that my son seemed mature enough and experienced enough to not need it. at the next visit, I was asked ... read more
Office was clean ladies at the front desk were polite and did awesome the hygienist did amazing with my 2yr old with his cleaning I will be back in 6 months thank you all.
