Dr.Hernandez was always on “vacation,”and the receptionists had bad cases of the Gen Z stare. The website for making appointments to specialists doesn’t function and bumps you off till you give up. They don’t care. Save yourself the grief. They neglected my Mother and I’ve found excellent care for her since. I hope this helps you if you’re looking for a physician in this area.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Hernández. From the beginning, she didn’t allow me to fully explain my symptoms, constantly interrupting me. I told her I had lost vision in one eye, was experiencing color changes and tingling in my extremities (all common symptoms of multiple sclerosis), that my brother has MS, and that an ophthalmologist had advised me to get an MRI as soon as possible. I had a mixed bag of experiences with Dr. Hernandez's staff. First they ignored my expressed wish to go to a female doctor and scheduled me with the male doctor at the address. When I asked to cancel, they assured me that only the female PA would examine me and the male doctor would talk to me only after the female PA did. I've been dealing with HBP for years. Prior PCP only adjusted my medication. Dr. Hernandez switched my medication and my BP readings have improved drastically. Thank you Dr Hernandez.
