Elderly mother been trying to reach office, the person that answer told her to hold. Instead of placing her on hold she sat the phone down. For more then 20minutes heard the office people talking and laughing, my mother said hello! Over and over no one pick the phone up? If this is example of care, then will look further for a caring facility.
