She listens, gives you the time you need, and is REALLY there to help. She impressed me so much my husband now has her as his primary. I highly recommend her
Refused my appointments because of me rescheduling due to my work schedule. However I’ve called to reschedule with the receptionist. It is not my job to check behind them to make sure my appointments are confirmed cancelled. It’s their job to cancel and not mark me as a no show. She could’ve got facts instead of assuming. What is healthcare these days? I was NEVER a no show. I’ve always called ahead or cancelled. Very unprofessional. And I’m glad i will no longer be seen by this provider and office. Dr. Zapotocky is very thorough and easy to talk to. When you walk in, she has already reviewed your records and labs, and asks relevant questions. She is never in a hurry, takes time to investigate issues. Most thorough doctor I've ever had.
Dr. Zapotocky treats me with respect, acknowledging I have been living in my body and know it better than her. If I do some research online about a condition, she welcomes discussion instead of rolling her eyes. She is not condencending at all and does not write scripts or order tests to make money. I just love her!!
