I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable, efficient and talented. They listen. Dr Roberts goes beyond the call of duty to treat my condition, to understand it and make sure that I understand it too. At my last visit, Samantha who assisted me before and after my exam was outstanding. She made me comfortable; helped me with clothing and made sure my movements were safe and supported. She made room for my walker, was friendly and calming with her open and easy manner.
Dr. Roberts is very caring, informative and respectful. She really listens well and never makes the appointment feel rushed.
The service is professional and friendly. My appointment was on time. I didn't feel rushed by my doctor.
Dr. Roberts is always very comprehensive and thorough and answers all my questions. She also fits in a bit of time to catch up socially, which is a very nice touch. I drive a long way to see her and she's so worth it!
