Aside from the receptionists, the personnel working at this office were all cold, unwelcoming, and clearly unhappy in their jobs. I met 3 ophthalmology assistants and two technicians who performed OCT and retinal photos and NONE of them introduced themselves by name or made an effort to explain the testing. After 2 hours I was finally seen by Dr. Park, who made no eye contact, and stared at the computer for the entire visit. Dr. Lisa Park is my idea of what every physician should strive to be. She is professional, respectful, kind, attentive, and smart as can be. Dr. Park performed cataract procedures on both my eyes a few years ago, and (last week) followed up with a posterior capsulotomy on my right eye. In both instances, the outcome exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
