Poor time management at this location. Over 2 hours almost 3 hours to talk about my results? Never coming back here anymore. Overall this appointment was awful and I don’t recommend this person to anyone. What a terrible experience here and the neurologist I was referred to was just awful overall. Increase my medication and nasal spray for seizures if it happens? That will never happen. More than likely I find a better neurologist instead of this one.

Terrible experience. Long wait past appointment time to see the doctor for a kid’s visit first thing in the morning. Doctor couldn’t answer simple questions and was generally unhelpful/borderline flippant. She limits refills so we would have to go in for needless office visits for another prescription. Office is very run down and in a bad part of town.
Dr. Nassif Wright's office has been amazing. The staff is always kind and has on many occations gone above and beyond to help us with anything we need. Dr. Nassif Wright spends a lot of time with us explaining everything and answering every queston we have. We have never felt rushed out of her office, which is extreemly comforting. You can tell that everyone in that office cares for their patients.
Unfortunately due to a lack of communication in this office we will be having to leave and find a new neurologist for my son. I’m being blamed for not rescheduling when I reached out multiple times to do so but because information was not relayed within the office they want to charge me hundreds for a no show fee. I don’t have the time to deal with such unprofessionalism. We’ve been displaced from hurricane beryl and have had to reschedule twice because my son needed an in home EEG and construction keeps being extended. The ... read more
