Would never hire these people again, had a leak under water heater, they told me was bathroom faucet, still leaked, they came back said looks like same leak said put cat litter down to dry it up, got another plumber turned out water heater needs to be replaced, so I paid them $165 for nothing, now have yo pay for new water heater, over priced because didn’t fix my problem

I had a leak just past my water meter caused by a faulty fitting that was soaking my front yard. Plumb Crazy was on hand right away and took care of the issue efficiently and for a reasonable price.

They came out and checked my leak and just had to push the pipe together and charged me nothing, very honest.

This guy is a piece of work. I feel so bad for his secretary, Stephanie. He came to my home, talked a good game, about being local good Ole boy. Then, no contact at alIams. has his secretary do his dirty work. He did not complete the service he was paid for. Stephanie said, " he doesn't do that". Well, he said he did, and was paid for it. Still waiting on the refund he said was "in the mail." Just moved here. Biggest mistake dealing with Mr. Willams.

I have known Dennis and used his plumbing company for years - He and his team do great work at reasonable prices. I have used Plumb Crazy for renovations and also for plumbing drain issues. He is my go to plumber.
