Will not be returning. Had to wait 4 weeks for response on results only to receive a cancelation call. When requested my results so I can go somewhere else was then rescheduled with Dr. Ragland which I was not a fan of as I felt I almost had to suggest what procedure should be done. Will definitely be going elsewhere.
I needed a biopsy. Had scheduled with her at the vna 9.28.23 at 8:15 am. I arrived only to be told she wasn't there. No previous phone call, no warning. They re scheduled me for 11.22, and they canceled on me AGAIN stating she'd be "sick/out of town", then why didn't they block off the week of Thanksgiving, then? Really unprofessional, if I was really sick, then I'd be dead by now, waiting! I hope no one else goes through what I did with this particular doctor.
