Langenburg is the best!
I don’t even live in Michigan, I live in Florida but my insurance is in Michigan so it was already a hassle to even find the place which is why I left early. I flew all the way up here just to get proper care after dislocating my foot and having major orthopedic surgery from a car accident that I was the passenger in. They provided me with the wrong address, so I went to the address I was given, only to be informed by the staff at 35103 Silvano St. that they changed locations. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. (Langenburg) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. (Langenburg) really took her time to explain everything with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’ demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Great staff Was able to accommodate my early schedule and As a new patient was able to get in right away
Dr. Langenburg has always been an amazing doctor for my children. She takes time with each one of them and always listens to any concerns as a mom I might have.
If I can give 0 stars I would. They make it almost impossible to call and schedule a appointment. They never answer OR When you call you get redirected to the emergency line even during business hours. You leave your information with them to pass to the front desk and a call is NEVER to follow like promised. When you do get through your on hold forever and left to deal with the attitudes once helped and appointment are so far from time scheduled.
