I was so excited when Dr. Jukes added Botox treatments to her practice! I had my first appointment today with Aubrey, and WOW!!!!! She was so helpful, and took time to explain everything she was doing, and “why.” If you’re a patient of Dr. Jukes, and in need of Botox, make an appointment AND then share with your friends, that Aubrey is the goto for injections!
I absolutely love coming to this practice. It is always clean and they have everything set up to make you feel comfortable and safe during your visit. Aubrey is amazing and very knowledgeable and you always feel great leaving.
Insanely poor communication. They lost my wife's test that showed she had cancer for a year. We had to call called 20+ times over multiple days to get the test results they lost. Avoid at all costs.
Poor communication between primary & their office. I personally felt humiliated & looked down upon today. The miscommunication was not my fault & my pain seemed like a major inconvenience & something to scoff at. The nurse made me feel like she thought I was lying about the pain or that I was being dramatic. I do not recommend this office because my experience today hurt me deeply and personally. I don’t want others to feel like their pain is an intrusion on their doctors.
Focused on Money and Not the Patient. I went to dr. jukes as a new patient based on the strong verbal praise I heard. What a disappointment. I was immediately assaulted with several different lines of vanity approaches to weight loss, urinary incontinence, and cosmetic options. We discussed a hysterectomy and after sharing my concerns with the davinci procedure, she flat out told me that I was too fat for her to do anything but the davinci - all while I was surrounded by ideal protein brochures.
