Dr Luckey does a terrific job and makes you feel so at ease. Her bedside manner is amazing.
I went in for a Colonoscopy on June 20, 2025. Dr. Lucky said she would call me with the biopsy results of the polyp that was removed. Almost 3 weeks later, I called to see what my status was and found out she moved her practice without notifying her patients. A kind person named Jasmine was able to answer my question because she wanted to put my mind at ease but didn't have the authority to tell me much. She apologized for the doctor not calling me and agreed this was not how a patient should be dealt with.
My appointment was quick and professional. Loved it!
Everything and everyone is wonderful! And I'm really happy the office is now part of Baycare. Dr Luckey, you and everyone you work with are the best ❤️
