I called about 3 months ago to set up a appointment. A month later no call back. I called again and some excuse that they were backed up. I saw my primary , he sent a fax to the office. Still no response. I did the colonguard and came back negative. I don't know if this office even saw the results but still no call or follow up. Very unprofessional. If and when I do need a colonoscopy I will not call this office again

I went in for a Colonoscopy on June 20, 2025. Dr. Lucky said she would call me with the biopsy results of the polyp that was removed. Almost 3 weeks later, I called to see what my status was and found out she moved her practice without notifying her patients. A kind person named Jasmine was able to answer my question because she wanted to put my mind at ease but didn't have the authority to tell me much. She apologized for the doctor not calling me and agreed this was not how a patient should be dealt with.
