I was at the ER last night due to a Crohns disease flare. I was told by the ER doctor that this office takes referrals for patients without insurance. When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was extremely rude and got an attitude with me. She harshly stated that they do not take referrals from the ER and they don't see self pay patients. She was not empathetic in the least.
