Dr. Lo is a wonderful optometrist, but unfortunately, her front desk staff is completely incompetent. I showed up on time with my children for a family appointment for four, only to be told our appointments had been cancelled! Without my knowledge or consent. I never cancelled anything. When I asked what happened, the receptionist blamed it on “miscommunication” and a receptionist in training. No accountability, no ownership, and most importantly, no apology. Nice doctor
Excellent doctor for young and old. Works patiently to ensure that tests are accurate. Professional and friendly staff. My family and I visit annually and service is exceptional, e.g. warranty service on frames and lens, processing health coverage, etc.
Me and my family have been going to Dr Lisa Lo's office for about a decade now. It's her professionalism and the staff's friendliness that keeps us coming back annually. Eventhough we are from North York. We always come back because she cares about us, her patients. I highly recommend her if you need an optometrist. 10/10
