I tested positive for COVID. I asked for a prescription. Dr Higginbotham helped me right away. She had to check interactions with all the drugs I am on. She took a lot of time to include calling me to review an alternative drug. I appreciate all she does for me.
They say first impressions means a great deal. This person FAILED on many accounts. She has no warmth in presentation. Her " bedside mannerisms" Suck. She told me this was her job. What happen to making someone feel that she might care about the person she is treating, means something to her. She was cold not friendly. Made me feel that I was not important to her as a person there for help.
I took my husband to see her today because he wasn’t feeling well. She busted in the room didn’t introduce herself and was very nasty to my husband, she is very negative no compassion for patients I would not recommend her at all! My husband and I walked out of her office in the middle of his appointment will not ever go back!!
Absolutely nothing good to say, saw my 84 year old confused mother in law two days ago, a horrible rash covering her body and unable to swallow due to sores in her mouth. Told a confused woman if she didn’t eat or drink, she would wind up re-hospitalized, thanks for that terrific insight! In Meritus ER today with suspected Steven Johnson syndrome, trying to find a hospital bed in Baltimore. This is totally unacceptable medical care, really feel she was brushed off due to her age! Shameful!!!!
