Very positive and welcoming environment!
Laurie has been the best assistant at Grant Orthodontics. She’s has worked on my kids braces and was so patient and kind with them. She has also worked on my teeth with Invisalign and has eased any fears I had about what was going on. Grant orthodontics has been a great experiences for us with great outcomes. We had a great experience at our consultation with Kris and Dr. Rigsby! The office is very nice, clean, big, and the people were very kind and helpful. They engaged super well with my 13 year old and made him feel really comfortable. They gave us lots of information, answered all our questions, and gave great advice about playing sports with braces. Kris was phenomenal—so warm and funny and extremely insightful. Everyone on the team was great—We even caught them singing to celebrate someone getting their braces off—so cool!
The staff here is amazing! Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Kris is awesome, she explained the whole process greatly and was very helpful. Dr. Rigsby is very cool and she made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my braces journey with them!
I was so happy with the service and surprised by just how beautiful the place was and the treatment was. I’m used to traditional dental offices which are fine but this experience felt more like a luxury spa than a dental office. Every person smiles and treats you like you’re the only person that matters. I’m really loss for words at just how great they were. Seriously.
