Dr franklin is absolutely horrible. Rude and wants to give you tough love at the hardest moments of your life. I'm struggling with horrible contractions, hoshimotos and diabetes at 8 months pregnant and she basically told me to suck it up and it's life. She said life's gunna be harder after the baby. Made me feel like if I complain about it that I don't deserve my baby. It was the most unprofessional appointment I've ever had with a doctor. I felt bullied. Very dismissive and could tell she did not want to help solve the root of a problem. Actually walking out the door as I’m trying to discuss a matter with her.
Not great at their job, doesn’t listen to patients and actively tries to persuade them into treatments not recommended or to “fix it” themselves.
Dr. Lisa Franklin Is uncaring and dismissive. She completely violated my privacy and trust. Avoid her and this entire practice if you are looking for respect and a positive physician/patient relationship.
