Horrible horrible staff people. I needed to see Dr. Derkin, and spoke to a receptionist who didnt want to help me at all, and then spoke to Sheila (?), to make an appointment. She was so rude, and told me that she listened to my conversation with the first idiot on the phone. When I said I'll just look for another doctor all together, sge said "Sounds good to me".....terrible terrible customer service.
Bummer....Sounded like the perfect Dr! Unfortunately, just called and they are not taking new patients....
Dr. Derken treats my whole family (me, my husband and 4 children and their families!) and we all love her. She is compassionate, kind and takes the time to hear everything you have going on. Everyone in the office is patient and always willing to accommodate!
