Dr. Derken is wonderful! Both my daughter and I see her and find her very thorough, compassionate and quickly responds to messages via the patient portal.
Dr. Derken is great, her staff, however are rude and uncaring.
Cares about your well being and makes sure you are provided with the tools and information to improve your health.
Patient care is wonderful, but staff follow up is terrible. I waited 3 weeks to get a letter that impacted my status with my life insurance carrier.
Dr. Derken and staff are wonderful. We have been going to them for years. We have our children seen by them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring physician with an excellent bedside manner.
This doctor is utilizing all resources she has to identify the causes of my unknown fevers. She admitted me to the hospital, got me to see specialists, and got vital tests done ASAP. I know she really cares.
I lost two scripts-----one for a mammogram and one for a colonoscopy. I called to get them faxed or mailed. They do neither. I was told by their nurse I had to come in and pick them up and pay 10.00 per script to have them re-written. I have currently contacted the American Medical Association and Illinois Professional of Regulation to see if this is legal yet alone unethical. I have never heard of this before nor do I agree with this practice. Needless to say I have found a new doctor.
