I’ve been seeing Dr. Cowley for the past couple years after the sudden death of my previous psychologist. My sessions with Lisa have gone a long way towards helping me maintain mental and emotional stability in my life. She’s been kind, reassuring and non judgmental. I also have physical conditions that’s have added to stress I’ve felt during the current pandemic. Lisa’s helped to keep me from climbing the walls by keeping my fears in perspective.
Lisa is always right, gets angry, and shuts down zoom meetings early despite still talking. Sensed a great deal of stigma from her despite a therapist: getting mad at fixating on things despite that is the way a Schizophrenics mind works.
