My 87 year old mom is Dr. Chang’s patient. She always makes her self available for my mom’s needs. She is patient and very caring. Whenever my mom doesn’t feel well, Dr. Chang makes room in her busy schedule to attend to her. We are very grateful for her help!
I have only been coming here for a short time, but this is one of the worst offices I've ever visited. Not only is it almost impossible to make an appointment when sick, getting offered dates almost a month away, but often times will be told to just go to the ER instead. Further, when you do make it to the office and need to follow up on test results, the doctors do not call you back with them. I had a great experience with Dr Chang and each and every member of her staff. When I had an issue with my insurance moments before my appointment time, they were kind and courteous. When I needed blood drawn, the assistant was patient and caring, and with a smile. Dr. Chang is unlike most doctors. She is caring and attentive. She thinks outside of the box and isn't dismissive of minor concerns. When I called a few weeks later complaining of my seasonal allergies, she put in a prescription for F
I walked in and got an appointment after already having seen another doctor a week earlier elsewhere. Thankfully, she had time, and she was attentive, very informative, caring, no-nonsense, and very detailed. She made me feel so much more at ease about my symptoms and the cause. I wish I had seen her earlier. I wouldn’t have been nearly so concerned. She’s the best!

If I could give Dr. Chang 10 stars, I would! I never feel rushed by her and she is always very caring, has a great bedside manner, is patient and thorough throughout my exams. It's too bad that I stayed with my former internist for so long that I hated before finding Dr. Chang. It's too bad that
No frills physical exam. Dr. Chang asked me all the questions to make sure I was up to date on my exams and vaccination. Felt a bit rushed but I was in and out of office within an hour.
