Absolutely. Dr. Chen listened to me, actually listened and heard what I was saying and feeling in my body. I needed to be put in the hospital and she did that immediately. I had been to two other doctors and the emergency room of a prominent hospital only to be misunderstood and left the hospital without resolution of the real issue I was having. Thank God, Dr. Chen took immediate care of me and helped me through that trying time in my life. She’s the kind of doctor I want taking care of me! Linda Brown
My family would not recommend Dr. Chen to family or friends. It was very disappointing to us that after over a year of treatment with no progress in my family member's situation, she did not try to come up with a different plan, she basically stuck with the same procedure of the previous doctor we had seen. She never approached us about possible alternatives. As a doctor, I believe that is part of her job. We finally changed doctors and thank goodness because this Dallas Tx doctor was innovative
I would highly recommend Dr. Chen! She is very personable, compassionate, professional, and makes you feel like you are in very good hands.
