No compassion for children at all. Canceled our appointment because SHE was running 30 minutes late and we had to leave to attend another appointment. She told her staff not to rebook us. Very disappointing.
Dr Byrom offered a comprehensive assessment and delivered highly effective treatments (with beautiful results) for my sensitive skin. She is highly experienced and her bed side manner is immaculate.
I saw Dr Lisa for my rosacea and she was outstanding. During her first consultation with me she really took her time getting to know know me and assessing my skin. Such a lovely bedside manner also. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Atrocious specialist just there to grab your money and get you out of there as quickly as possible. The worst I've dealt with in this respect. She looked shocked and gestured me to hurry along when I asked on the third session if I could have close to the 15 minutes I had paid for this time around as I was struggling with a few different issues. Dr Byrom treats my daughter and I find her exceptionally knowledgable, kind, and attentive. She correctly diagnosed the issue and prescribed correct treatment. She sharges high price, but, with her qualification, I save in a long run as I don't need to repeat appointments or try useless treatments. So I am more than happy and highly recommend her.
