She doesn't care. When I asked for help with weight gain and suspected hormonal imbalances, her response was unprofessional. She made me feel old and undisciplined. That was back in 2022. Now, I realize that her neglect of my concerns led to undiagnosed perimenopause and a lot of preventable suffering. I could only get an appointment on a day when it was a holiday, likely to fill a gap in their schedule. Don't go there, especially if you are 40+ years "young."
Dr. Abeshaus is, without a doubt, the WORST doctor I have ever encountered! Tragically, she was on call when I went into labor with my daughter on a holiday weekend. Despite my concerns, I hoped for the best, thinking that as long as I didn't need a C-section, everything would be okay. After all, women give birth in taxis, right? I couldn't have been more wrong!
