I didnt see Melissa, however I did have an appointment. When I scheduled a new patient appointment I was not told they would require my XRays from WellNow(my primary said they were not reliable anyways) to even see me. So the day of they had me call WellNow to get it faxed over, the problem is they wouldnt recieve until the end of the day. No one bothered to tell me I couldnt see the PA as a new patient with out the Xrays until an hour had passed with me just waiting in the waiting room. Came to to this office on December 5th. I was give a cortisone shot in my left knee. It was a great experience. Bothe the Dr. a the receptionist were great, very informative, gave me exercises to do at home. The receptionist had a great personality also. Great visit, I would highly recommend coming her for any orthopedic issues. Got a second shot on March 6th, it's feeling great!! Thank you Dr.daye and your PA for getting me out of pain!!
