The receptionist yelled in my ear, after I politely told her I couldn’t hear her over the phone. This is completely unprofessional, I would never be a patient here
I finally mustered up enough courage to seek mental care but Dr. Linus was condescending, ridiculed me (in a sense), and was impatient/ did not care to listen to me. All he did was throw medication at me(and he started me on a super high dose right off the bat). I never got the follow up call/information for support group/workshop. It has been a decade since and I will never have the courage again to put myself out there to seek mental care. If I kill myself one day, I hope he knows he helped it happen.
The receptionist here is awful! By far the rudest person Ive ever met as everyone seems to think the same on the reviews below. I will be contacting the BBB about this immediately. I am also hiring an attorney to handle this matter. We will see how much longer this last. They should have got a handle on her immediately.
The front desk receptionist’s were rude, I stopped going to the office and switched doctors for this reason.
