Dr. Kotagal is fantastic. She always listens to my questions and concerns without rushing me out the door, she explains the science behind your body in an accessible way, and if you have a lot of health anxiety like me, she normalizes a lot of issues you’re having. Dr Kotagal is also always mindful of costs and availability of resources when suggesting a treatment plan for anything. Truly a wonderful doctor!

She was very caring and knowledgeable during my visit. But she ordered some blood work, which indicated I needed a medication adjustment, and still hasn’t gotten back to me over a month later. I have called and messaged in MyChart several times. Very disappointed in her and Packard Health.
She wasn’t interested in many of my health issues and told me to consult with my GI doctor about issues she can treat me for. She ordered one blood test and a month later hasn’t contacted me about the results. No follow appointment was suggested, no other necessary blood work or tests were ordered despite my chronic health issues and she didn’t care to know my past health care or issues. Waste of time.
