I love the team at Dr. Jackson's office. Everyone I interacted with is kind, gentle and very detailed when answering questions and explaining procedures. I never had to wait long for any of my appointments. I especially appreciated the care given to me today from PA Ashley Mott..she was thorough, kind and very informative. I also want to mention Kathleen who was always cheerful and upbeat and helped to make me more comfortable and at ease. Thanks to your team!

This was my first experience with this procedure. For one could not understand why there was so many restrictions. My husband wasn’t even aloud to go with me when I wanted him to be with me for the office visits I felt the front desk was not very professional or very nice. When I did see the Dr. normally it was always her assistant that would help me. The surgery did not work, in which she said it was a 99% that it would. I agree with Cerise Carter’ review of Dr. Jackson. From the get go I had constant reschedules for office visits/procedures.The office is extremely unorganized and there is a lack of communication with the Dr. her entire staff, including her PA and NP. I got a second opinion and I’m great full I did. Plz search elsewhere for treatment.

I've had a $211.03 credit due to me for months. They admitted i have a credit due to me (i had paid, and so had Medicare). They said they would send me a check on July 1st. No check. I did speak with billing on July 11th ... she needed to research. I can't get any answers as to why I don't have it yet. It's July 15th!!!! Still no response.

I can not thank Dr. Jackson and her incredible staff for all the time and effort they have given me. My case is very unusual and I appreciate Dr. Jackson for never giving up and her honesty. Thank you all. Now lets get this finished.
