Dr. Sauers is the best therapist I've ever had. She is extremely well-read and knowledgeable about the therapeutic approaches she offers her clients, as demonstrated by the many resources she's recommended to me, in response to any issue I bring to our sessions. She is also very laid back, comforting, personable, and even funny, the vibe of which, for me, is appreciated, when compared to some of the more distant/sterile vibes of my former therapists' offices.
