Terrible office management. I never had issues at Dr. Linsey's office. She is just awesome! Lately, I had several issues. I don't know if there is new personal. I scheduled an appointment over two months ago, never had to go through so much in order to set it up. I get a called today about moving my appointment which is for next week to another time because of a patient's emergency...if it's an emergency why not book it for this week?? Location and employees are nice. Not great time management. I was the first appointment at 8a and they asked me to show up 15 min early. I was on time but they do not call us back until 810. There is no reason to be late for the first appointment of the day.
Met with Dr. Maples today to get a second opinion for restorations on my four year old. Wow is all I can say. I wish I would have made his initial appointment with her instead of the other place we went to. I can’t wait to continue his dental care with her.
All staff were very warm and inviting. Kind and welcomed with a smile. I had 4 kiddos with me and I know scheduling all at the same time can be challenging, but they were quick to get us in and worked together as a great time to have my daughters seen. I have a special needs kiddo too, and they did a great job making her feel comfortable while also getting the job done.
