Dr. Zamvil (in my thankfully brief experience) is not a skilled therapist by any means. She lacks professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and basic communication skills among other traits favoring success and insight in her field. Perhaps further, ongoing training beyond her thirty-year-old degree would prove beneficial. I would strongly advise against seeking her council at all, if possible, and alternately, to obtain a second opinion, after the fact.
