I left my appointment in tears. Dr. Yancey did nothing to help my situation. She gave no guidance as to what I should do, did not take my diagnosis seriously and offered no solution at all. I should've walked out when the waiting room felt unclean and the office looked unorganized behind the check in area. Not to mention the fact that the person who took my vitals wrote on a napkin. That unprofessionalism should've been a red flag.
I'll start by saying, I've been a nurse for 30+ years, and I have never met such an awful doctor. She has absolutely no bedside manner, she makes assumptions about what your are going to say before you say it and interrupts you before you can complete your statement. She shoots you down before you can even say what your complaint is. She comes off with a "know it all" attitude, and will be quick to dismiss your symptoms.
