She laughed at my son when he told her what he was experiencing which was a very serious situation and should have been treated as such. She would cut sessions very short but continue to charge the same rate. She took my mother’s money and then stopped returning her calls. This was during the pandemic when therapists had extremely limited availability and she decided that she would see him although she no longer saw child patients. I regret ever allowing him to go to her.
