Condescending. Would not read my wife's note about my child's symptoms. Ignored me during my child's examination. Spoke down to me. Did not want to speak to my wife over the phone. It wasn't until I called my wife as Dr. was "literally" half way out of the door. Spoke to my wife only on speaker phone after stating "I don't hold phones you'll have to put it on speaker if you want me to listen". While on phone she was very condescending. Missed diagnosed on discharge, her notes state diff.
I hadn't been to a doctor in approx. 10 years and decided to make an appt with Dr Winterberger. Instantly I could tell she actually cared about my well being and was straight up with me! Her assistant is very personable/knowledgeable and I have ZERO reservations about recommending her to anyone! She not only wants you to hear what she's saying, she wants to know that you understand what she's saying and why. The office staff are friendly and I never have to wait more than 15 min or so
