I was able to be seen right away and Dr. Padilla was professional, compassionate, informative, and friendly. She turned a scary situation into a plan of action!

I ended up switching to Dr. Gottschall because I had my first appointment with Dr. Padilla to check for viability of pregnancy and she seemed kind of annoyed that I was measuring 3 weeks behind. I kind of felt like she thought I lied about my timing to get in early and was wasting her time. Meanwhile I’m absolutely freaking out internally because I knew it was impossible for me to be 3 weeks behind. I cried hysterically for days. She was patient, kind, helpful and provided the reassurance needed. Amazing bedside manner!
Exceptional care and compassion I received from the doctor and staff. The office was clean and comfortable the front desk was friendly and efficient. My doctor took the time to listen, made me feel at ease during the exam, yet quick, the doctor was thorough. I appreciated the personalized attention. Overall it was a positive experience.
