We have loved seeing Dr Linda for both our kids under 10. Her gentle and neuro-affirming approach has gone a long way in making our kids comfortable in a setting that can be intimidating. I also like her no non-sense approach with us as parents. I am impressed by how passionate she is about paed dentistry, a trailblazer in the field who is not only a clinician but also a lecturer, teacher, supervisor at the University of Melbourne and a researcher. I didn't find Linda as amazing as I was told she was. She interfered with my ADHD/asd son when I was telling him he'd have to leave the room due to his behaviour (which had been really good until this point but we'd waited a while and then he was agitated in the room). There was no need for her to tell him she would send him out if he didn't stop as I was already handling it. She told me my daughter had receeding gum lines and asked if she chews a lot which I said she doesn't, so what else could it be? In a condescending ton... read more

I was very disappointed with the service as Dr Linda didnt even bother to communicate with my 7 year old daughter. My daughter was crying with fear and she didn’t say a word to make her feel comfortable. The worst experience!
