My husband was referred to Dr. Harris, a specialist in Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), via the Buffalo VA. He went in with multiple prior imaging results (MRI, CT and Doppler) confirming TOS symptomatology, was examined in office by a PA who confirmed diminished blood flow on auscultation, and was then dismissed by Dr. Harris herself, arguing that "it is not TOS." She is the reason my 8 year old grandson loss his mother made to many mistakes in surgery. Please don't go with her or anyone from her team.
Long story short they messed up my paperwork causing me to be out three months longer than I had to be. Staff was not helpful and even blamed me for the confusion saying I should have known everything and repeatedly put me down over a recorded phone call instead of apologizing and trying to work with me to figure out why there was all this confusion.
