Long story short they messed up my paperwork causing me to be out three months longer than I had to be. Staff was not helpful and even blamed me for the confusion saying I should have known everything and repeatedly put me down over a recorded phone call instead of apologizing and trying to work with me to figure out why there was all this confusion. the disrespect from the staff i witnessed and heard was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Also huge lack of communication.

Good surgeon. But HUGE lack of COMMUNICATION with patients and a condescending staff that really have NO BUSINESS having contact with ANY patient. Your only as good as your staff allows you to be.. food for thought.
Nothing positive to say. Incorrectly diagnosed without testing, unable to obtain simple letter for insurance company to seek treatment from a surgeon who can help me. Dr Harris does not care for her patients.
