Delivered both of my babies (2014 and 2017). She made me feel comfortable about my delivery experiences. She was scheduled to be at another hospital the evening I went into labor. She asked that her colleague stay and cover for her so she could stay and deliver my baby at Methodist instead of having the on-call doctor deliver my baby. It meant the world to us! During both laboring experiences she included us in the plan and listened to our wants! Loved having her be a part of this special time!
I have been seeing Dr Collins for over 10 years. She is wonderful with her patients and takes the time to know how you are doing personally. I never feel rushed and her office staff is very professional.
Her online system to pay bills is a piece of s**t. If you want to save your time paying a bill, I would select another Doctor. THIS IS THE XXI Century!! Who the f**k still uses checks to pay bills? I would not recommend her.
