Look elsewhere. Understaffed office. Rude nurse assistant and doctor. Delays getting back to you with you’re awaiting test results and no sense of compassion with patient concerns. No wonder the office is understaffed the nurse does all the administrative work in addition to serving the patients during appointments.
Incredibly disappointed with my experience with this medical office. In the span of seven days I have had three phone conversations with staff; I am a new patient and wanted to schedule my physical examination. Not only was I met with a complete lack of care, horrible first impression, but I was unable to proceed because of the delay in receiving my medical records.
