About a year ago, I had my upper retainer replaced and was charged $250. I later lost my second pair, and it wasn’t their fault. When I checked today, I was surprised to learn that the replacement cost is now $500. I have always appreciated the care and service from the team and have been very happy with the treatment I’ve received.
