Dr Linda is awesome! Takes her time to listen and explain. You are seen pretty quick. Never had a problem with staff . Highly recommend.

I have been with Dr Esquivel since 2009 and have had great service. I would recomend her to anyone. Of course there has been occaissional wait but over all staff is great and the dr well she spends time to know reason for visit and listens to you and provides feed back. Always very friendly

I have been a patient with Family Health of South Texas/Westover Hills Family Health since early 2015. First, I was seen by an awesome PA by the name of Margaret Heller before transitioning over to Dr. Linda Esquivel. Throughout my time as a patient here, I have never felt that I was being rushed through the appointment like I have felt with other providers. Dr. Esquivel listens, relates, and makes necessary recommendations to me as an individual and not as “just another patient”. This year has

I was a new patient and they got me an appointment quickly and into the back room very quickly. Doctor was very friendly and pleasant. I was misinformed about the cost/insurance coverage from the first phone call. Also, as a new patient I expected the exam to last longer than 15 minutes, but it was just like a regular visit, probably won't be going back.

I haven’t actually seen dr Esquivel in a few years. I always end up with various pa’s and those keep changing. Usually long wait time to see dr esquivel. She is very nice and listens well once you see her but it’s hard to get to that point. Front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. Difficult to get an appointment for an acute problem. Ok if you schedule several months ahead like I do. The medical assistants are nice and helpful although they seem overwhelmed by the volume of patients.

Dr. Esquivel is a great doctor. She listens well and asks lots of questions. The office is a little crowded as the practice has grown over the years. Her staff is very professional and work to make the wait times manageable.

Their answering service is on the whole time, a lot times. You cant even reach their nurse or PA. Its bad customer service to treat your patients that way. Im getting my medical records and not coming back to them. Besides the 30-45 min wait from when your appointment is suppose to be....when they finally take you to do vitals, they ask about why you are there to see the Dr, in a lobby where other patients are walking around. Complete disregard for patient privacy.
