Doc was very bubbly and had a great bedside manner though it was brief and pretty much as expected. My complaint is that when I left I told the front desk I would schedule the four follow-up appointments that were recommended to me later, when I could check my work schedule. They seemed OK with that, but then a few hours later they called me to ask if I wanted them to schedule the appointments, and I politely declined, again. Then they called me 4(x) more times! It went all downhill. Linda Nguyen was my favorite doctor but she made feel belittle and bother. Her nurse Amy Nguyen; her attitude needs to be changed and she needs to come off being less cocky. From my very last doctor appointment with them; the doctor was not only frustrated at me but very arrogant. The nurse (not Amy Nguyen because she wasn’t there at that time) was very rude. Extremely disappointed. She does not listen and DO NOT address patient’s individual concerns, just routinely order THE SAME thing for everyone. I’m vegetarian and trying to lose weight and went to do my annual and get labs done. She refused to check my iron and B12, which are extremely important to monitor on my diet.
