She ended up taking me after initially cancelling me last minute . And she was wonderful!
I have seen Dr Rosenthal since I was 22 years old. She is the most thoughtful caring individual. I drive an hour to see her and will only see her. She is spot on with her treatment.
I had seen 3 GI doctors doctors before her. It took much effort for her due to the pervious surgeries that I had. She got my medical files from 3 different hospitals and went through 100s of pages, so she could diagnose me correctly and she did. Dr Rosenthal is a very warm caring and excellent physician. I was treated by another gastro doctor who seemed to be guessing what my stomach problem stemmed from. I switched to Dr Rosenthal. She performed an endoscopy -- found my problem - prescribed the appropriate antibiotic. I have not had problems since then. I highly recommend Dr Linda Rosenthal. In fact I have
I had an an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal recently. She told me that she was unable to call up my records for some technical reason, which is to say that she was unprepared for my visit. She told me that when her records were fixed she would call me. She did not call me. I called her office and was unable to speak to a human being. I charge $30 each of these patient care inadequacies. Please credit my account for $90.
I am very upset that Dr Rosenthal decided to cancel my endoscopy at the last minute which I had booked for over a month now and even reconfirmed 2 days prior. Her reason for cancelling was unprofessional and uncaring. I would have understood if she had some sort of emergency or something but to tell me at the last minute that it was because I had rescheduled it a few times previously - What the heck? If that were really the reason then they should have not scheduled it for me nearly two months
I was positively amazed at how comfortable I felt with Dr. Rosenthal. She was warm, caring, curious, interested, gentle, efficient, and skilled. She listened carefully to what I said and asked good, appropriate questions. She fixed the one problem I was dealing with, and performed the necessary additional diagnostic tests with a high level of professionalism and care. Would gladly and confidently refer anyone to her.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rosenthal. Met her for the first time in early Nov 2016. She was very polite, gentle and seem genuinely interested in my issues. I ended up scheduling a colonoscopy and endoscopy which I just had. I absolutely not only loved her, but all the nurses in the surgical center. With the apprehension I had, they all made me feel very at ease. Everyone was so kind and we actually had a few laughs before my procedure began. What a great group of gals!
I have never met a doctor that makes me feel as comfortable as Dr. Rosenthal. She explains everything in detail and asks many questions to make sure she completely understands symptoms and issues.
