Dr. Cendales is an amazing Dr. Her and her staff are very gentle, caring & kind. The carpel tunnel surgery went well and my healing is doing good 👍 I would highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing.
This doctor is awful! I went to see her about issues with my hand and all she could do was shrug me off and I end up leaving with no answers or even anything close to a reason for something I may have. Waste of time and copay and very disappointed for a so-called reputable doctor
Dr. Cendales seemed to barely care, she didn't even touch my arm, then sent me down the hall for a splint that I didn't need. The room for the splint was so filthy and I could hear the man doing the splints/wraps very loudly making fun of another patient in the room. I was so uncomfortable thatI just left. It's a mystery to me how this office is still in practice. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and just go to Raleigh Orthopedics instead, they provide significantly better, more professional, and cleaner care.
