I have experienced the same as the other's no call back, change # and not tell patients,won't return a call nothing!!!!!!!!!! This is a serious disease I have and need to be able to reach my doctor 24/7...
I called and left a voicemail to make an appointment and it's been 2 weeks with no callback. How is that acceptable when you're specializing in dangerous diseases?
